A wholly owned subsidiary of Saudi-based investment firm Algihaz Energy Holding, AMC operates alongside sister company Lamprell, drawing on nearly 50 years of offshore energy experience where alignment adds value. AMC also delivers projects independently, leveraging its own team, marine assets and regional partnerships to support clients across the sector.
