AMC Voyager Q1|2026
Message from the CEO
Welcome to the first edition of our newly launched quarterly newsletter, AMC Voyager. When I took on the role of Chief Executive Officer of AMC last year, one of my priorities was to establish a clearer and more consistent way of communicating with our clients and partners. Since then, we have launched our website, built an active presence on LinkedIn and committed to sharing regular updates so you have better visibility of how AMC is developing. This first edition of AMC Voyager is a natural next step, and I trust you will find it informative and a useful insight into our business. It is important to me that we communicate openly as we build AMC, and that you have a clear view of both our progress and direction.
As a relatively young company, we are focused on building AMC on a strong, disciplined foundation as a marine contractor, providing engineering, procurement, transportation, and installation services to the energy sector. We are part of the wider Algihaz Holding group, which provides long-term backing and financial strength, and we work closely with our sister company, Lamprell, bringing together complementary capabilities across engineering, fabrication and offshore execution.

Over the past months, we have continued to make steady progress across our operations. Our teams are supporting offshore installation and subsea scopes across the Middle East and India, working closely with our partners to deliver projects safely and efficiently. A key milestone during this period has been the addition of the Champion vessel, acquired by Algihaz Holding and now operating under AMC’s management following a full operational and safety transition. Alongside this, we continue to strengthen our internal capability, including expanding our engineering and project support teams in the UAE, KSA and India.
Safety and quality remain central to everything we do. During the quarter, we launched our Safe Start campaign to reinforce safe working practices across all locations, and we have recently achieved ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certification. These are important steps as we continue to build a business defined by consistent delivery and high standards.
We are also making good progress in strengthening our position directly with clients, with ongoing prequalification and registration activities across several major operators in the region. This is an important part of our development as we position AMC as a trusted delivery partner in its own right.
In this first edition of AMC Voyager, you will find features that reflect different aspects of our business. We introduce our Chief Operating Officer, Douglas Korth, who shares his perspective on leadership and project delivery. We also highlight the Champion vessel and include a short article explaining marine contracting and offshore EPCI for those less familiar with the sector. Alongside this, we have included a snapshot of our Q1 highlights across our people, projects and safety initiatives.
I would also like to recognise the contribution of our teams across the business, including our colleagues in Lamprell. Their professionalism, commitment and focus on safe and reliable delivery are fundamental to the progress we are making.
Thank you to our clients, partners and employees for your continued support. We look forward to building on this momentum as AMC continues to grow.
Best regards,
Jonathan Kennefick
