AMC Voyager Q2|2026
Message from the CEO
Welcome to the second edition of AMC Voyager.
Over the past quarter, AMC has continued to build on the strong foundations established during the early stages of our growth. As our operations expand across the Middle East and India, our focus remains unchanged: delivering projects safely, strengthening our capabilities and building long-term relationships with our clients and partners.
One of the highlights of the quarter has been the successful completion of a major subsea power cable project in the Red Sea. Delivered safely and with more than 675,000 man-hours worked without a Lost Time Injury, the project reflects the professionalism, commitment and collaboration of everyone involved. It is another important milestone in demonstrating AMC’s ability to execute complex offshore projects to a high standard.
Our activities in India have also continued to progress well. While the current monsoon season has brought offshore operations to a planned, temporary pause, preparations for the next phase of execution are already well underway.

During my recent visit to Mumbai, I had the opportunity to spend time with our growing team and to see firsthand the progress we are making as we prepare to move into our new permanent office. It was encouraging to see the enthusiasm and commitment of our colleagues as we continue to build our presence in this important market.
This quarter has also seen important progress in strengthening our business. Following the achievement of our ISO certifications, we continue to build on our QHSE systems and operational discipline. At the same time, our client prequalification activities remain an important focus as we position AMC for future opportunities across the region.
Beyond project delivery, it is equally important that we remain engaged with our industry. I recently attended Global Offshore Wind in Manchester alongside colleagues from Lamprell, Enshore and Algihaz Energy Holding. These events provide valuable opportunities to strengthen existing relationships, explore new opportunities, and reinforce collaboration across the wider Algihaz group.
In this edition of AMC Voyager, you will read more about the successful completion of our Red Sea cable project, receive an update on progress in India, and meet our QHSE Director, Jarrod Bolton, who shares his thoughts on safety culture, quality and operational excellence. We have also included a selection of highlights from across the business over the past quarter.
Finally, I would like to once again thank our employees, clients and partners for their continued support. AMC continues to grow because of the dedication of our people, the trust of our clients and the strength of the partnerships we have built together. We look forward to sharing more of our journey with you in future editions.
Best regards,
